Is VAT included in prices?
All prices listed in our store include VAT.
What is the deadline?
The delivery in mainland shipping is 2 working days. International shipping is within 3 to 6 working days.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship to Peninsular Spain, Portugal, France, UK, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany. We do not ship to Balearic or Canary Islands.

What is the availability of products?
In principle, all products in our store are available, unless indicated as' without STOCK' in more details. NOTE: It is important to check the status of your purchase at the time of receipt and observe any damage allegedly caused by transport, noted in the delivery note by signing it.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
